GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
It is established between the Empreendimentos Turísticos Montebelo, the company which owns the Montebelo Golfe, and the referred Client an agreement, where the second party, through the acquisition of an annual subscription, has the right to play on the golf field without a Green-Fee cost (except for tournaments) during the period of this agreement.
